Another Successful Party...

Another Successful party come and gone! I'd  like to thank Carrie Austin for hosting such a fun night in the neighborhood! It was great meeting some of the new neighbors around the 'hood! The food was delish and the drinks were wonderful! I couldn't of asked for a better way to spend my Friday night. Can't wait to for everyones order to arrive to see the wonderful new creations everyone made. I am so glad everyone seemed to love it so much! Even little Kailee got her very own locket!! The night was a success and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!! HOOT HOOT!!

My First Two Parties

My First two parties were a SUCCESS!! I am so thankful to Karen and Mary for opening up their homes for me! I had so much fun at both parties it was great! My Big Week

My BIG week is here!! I am so thrilled to be throwing my first 2 Origami Owl parties this week!! I have practiced my set up and made sure that my Square Reader is working. All I need now are the guests and some adorable lockets and charms on display and I will be set! I am sure no matter how the turn out goes that I will be thrilled just to have made it through my first party. I just want to be able to be confident in my ability to sell such a wonderful product that will hopefully mean so much to whoever creates it and whomever they might create it for.  I hope everyone who goes home with one can spread the word of Origami Owl to their friends and family. I am also hoping that with these parties I can also find some others to host a party for their friends as well.

Decisions, Decisions!!

So one of  my parties is a week from today and I am having a hard time trying to decided whether I should order more Charms and Lockets or not. I also think I should order a couple more of the thicker rolo chains but I just DONT KNOW!! Oh the decisions! I just don't know what will sell and I don't want to have tons of inventory left over. I'm kind of leaning towards putting an order in tonight... OH WHAT TO DO! I think people will like having the inventory to see.. so maybe I should just do it. 3 Parties, 1 weekend!! HOOT HOOT!

When it rains it pours! Well I was pushing for parties and by gosh I got um! I am so thrilled to be throwing 3 parties on the 7th, 8th, and 9th of February!! It's going to be such a crazy weekend but so much fun! I am ordering as much inventory as I possibly can! I will have at least one of each locket and chain for demos so everyone can see them. I probably should order some more charms too. I am not sure on how many people each host is expecting so this could be kinda crazy! I am SO up for the challenge though! I have my display ready and my order forms set! Bring on February!! Just in the nick of time for Valentines Day and my Birthday!! What a great gift 3 parties! If anyone else wants to host a party sometime soon let me know! I'd be happy to do it. Hope you are having a wonderful Monday!

Organizing!

Well this Origami Owl stuff is A LOT of work! Wow! I have been going to all sorts of hobby stores looking for owl stuff, buying spray paint to match my colors, finding things to hang necklaces from, and finding the right color table cloth for my display. I went online today and ordered some more charms, necklaces and dangles for my next 3 (THREE!!!!) parties in the beginning of February. I am so excited I can hardly wait!!! Its going to be a busy first week in February for me but I am OK with that!! I am in the process of buying a house right now and every extra little bit of income helps!! I am trying to get my "business" folder all ready for my big days to come so I have been spending every minute of free time organizing the crap out of my "Origami" life! It's so much fun though! My cousin Shannon is now a "designer" as well and I can't wait for her to get her first order in! We check everyday to see how the folks in Chicago are doing on getting in those orders!
